12pm to 1pm: | Harry’s Cafe is a relaxed cafe overlooking McClelland’s beautiful bushland and is surrounded by the outdoor collection of modern Australian sculptures. Please note this a set menu – drinks can be purchased separately |
1pm to 2pm: | Free time to explore the gallery |
2.15pm: | Bus leaves to return to the Community Centre |
2.45pm: | Arrive back at Aspendale Gardens |

Terms & Conditions
Emergency Medical Treatment:
I consent and agree to AGCS, its workers/contractors to seek, or where appropriate, administer, such emergency medical treatment as is deemed necessary and will reimburse any reasonable expenses incurred by AGCS.
Lost Property or Damage:
I agree that neither AGCS nor its workers/contractors will be liable for lost property. All lost property found by AGCS or its workers/contractors will be placed in the Lost Property Box in the kitchen, which is cleared at the end of each term.
Payment:
I acknowledge that booking and payment must be made prior to attending this activity regardless of attendance.
Cancellation of Enrolment/Refund Policy:
I accept that all ticket and booking fees are non-refundable. In exceptional cases a request for refund may be considered (eg. illness, injury, family/personal matters) however the request must be made in writing to: enquiries@agcsinc.org.au If a request is made due to illness or injury, a copy of a doctor's/medical certificate must be provided. An administration fee of 25% of the total activity fee (up to a maximum of $25.00) is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancelled Activity:
In the event this activity is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, AGCS will email all participants where possible to advise of the cancellation and provide a refund for that cancelled class.
Confirmation:
I confirm the information in this booking form is true and correct and will immediately inform AGCS in the event of any change to this information.
Membership
AGCS requires all adult participants to hold an annual membership, valid from 1 January to 31 December each year. Membership helps cover essential running costs and allows us to continue offering low-cost, inclusive programs for the community.
General Membership (non‑voting) is $5.00 per year and is payable at the time of enrolment. This single $5.00 fee covers you for all AGCS programs you may attend during the calendar year.
Membership with voting rights is $10.00 per year. If you would like to become a voting member and participate in our AGM, please contact the office by emailing enquiries@agcsinc.org.au
