Clare says, "Hypnosis is just a very relaxed and focused state of mind, like a deep meditative state. It’s a process where the conscious mind is asked to step aside temporarily to allow you to connect with the subconscious mind. It’s relaxing and enjoyable! Throughout my practice as a Hypnotherapist I have witnessed incredible positive changes in people’s lives and this is something I would like to share with you and provide an opportunity for you to experience and notice the difference."

By participating in this course, you will experience Clare's compassionate and holistic approach and she will guide you to connect inwardly with your self-awareness to utilise your own wisdom and inner strength. Clare says, "Join with me in these sessions to experience hypnotherapy in a safe and nurturing space."
