This class consists of low impact exercises that focus on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility, stability, posture and strength mostly performed while seated in a chair! Staying seated means that even those who are frail or not very flexible or sturdy on their feet can safely do the exercises and work towards increasing their strength and flexibility using bands and balls.
