Each week we’ll explore different themes – from soil health and seasonal planting to creative ways of growing food in small spaces. Come along and learn to cook your own delicious asian style dumplings! We will be making dumplings with different meat and vegetable fillings, and then cooking them two different ways-steaming them or pan frying to make ‘potstickers’. We will also make a couple of dipping sauces to go alongside our tasty morsels. Eat lunch together and bring a container to take home leftovers.

Why not join the group where you can meet new friends, enjoy the fresh air and increase your level of fitness. Group size can determine the pace. Moderate and advanced walkers are welcome!
