Weekly on Monday 7pm - 8pm

I would like to invite you to come along and experience a sound meditation. I will use seven crystal Sound Bowls to guide you through a relaxing sound bath, which will be about 50 minutes. All you have to do is melt into the floor and relax. After a sound bath session most people experience a feeling of peace, harmony and well-being. They feel present, centred and more in tuned with themselves.

Please arrive 10min early. Bring along a mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle.
