About David Trotter
David has completed both undergraduate in exercise science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He is part of an Allied Health practitioner and perform exercise prescription under several systems including, Allied health and G.P. care plans, NIDS, Medicare, and Private health Extras to name a few.
Exercise prescription is David's passion, with over 20,000 programs, thousands of kg’s lost and happy clients, with over 30 years of experience. He began his exercise prescription career in the early 90’s as a gym instructor. He quickly realised that he found great joy helping people with injury and a variety of medical conditions. He has worked with athletes, both able and disabled, young people, older people and all manner of injury rehabilitation issues and conditions. He draw on his extensive experience of business with over 25 years of being owner/ manager of Ormond Health & Fitness a health and fitness club in the southeast of Melbourne and now 5 years at Re Form Exercise Science, exercise physiology services.
