Join us for a meaningful and engaging Men’s Health Week event featuring Simon, who will share his personal journey of living with a mental health condition. Through his story, Simon will offer insight, break down stigma, and highlight the importance of speaking openly about mental health.

The session will also include an overview of Beyond Blue, the support services they provide, and practical guidance on how individuals can seek help for themselves or support others in their lives.

A light lunch will be provided, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect, reflect, and continue the conversation.
