In this hands-on session, you’ll learn all the secrets behind a thriving sourdough starter—how to feed it, care for it, and use it to bake beautifully risen loaves. We’ll talk technique, fermentation, and flavour so you can truly understand the craft (and avoid common mistakes).
Get ready to knead, nurture, and taste freshly baked sourdough straight from the oven. You’ll leave with the confidence to continue baking at home—and your very own starter to take with you.
Please note, this workshop is not suitable for people with gluten allergies.
$40 per participant - to be fully paid by Friday 12th June 2026
Includes hands on kneading, bread tasting, recipe + sourdough starter to take home. (BYO glass jar with lid).
