Time: 12.30pm - 2.30pm

This class encompasses all painting mediums, such as acrylic, oil and soft pastels during which we will learn the technical side of each medium as well as its more creative components. Each term we will use different scenes as inspiration for our paintings. We will practice simplifying our scenes, focussing on colour mixing to create subtle tonal variation within a limited colour palette and look at artists who paint in particular styles to better understand how to apply their methods.
